Day 1 – Gateway Airport Home/Istanbul
Check in at your Gateway International Airport for a connection flight to Istanbul in Turkey.
Day 2 – Istanbul
Change the connection flight and arrive at Istanbul. You will be met at the airport by your tour guide and transfer to the hotel. City tour and sightseeing include the Haga Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Topkapi Palace, the Grand Bazaar, the Bosporus, the Basilica Cistern, the Galata Tower, the Sultanahment Square, the Dolmabahce Palace.
Day 3 – Istanbul/Gallipoli
Bus journey to the Gollipoli Peninsula, the WWI battlefield, including the Lone Pine, the Chunuk Bair Memorials, the Anzac Cove, the Johnston’s Jolly, the Nek and Original Trenches and Tunnels.
Day 4 – Gallipoli/Troy/Kusadasi
Bus journey to visit Troy, the home of the famed Trojan Horse, and then the magnificent Acropolis of Pergamon.
Day 5 – Kusadasi
Excursion to visit the Temple of Artemis, the Library, the well-preserved Theater, the Temple of Hadrian, the Ephesus Museum, the Basilica of St. John, the Meryemana, the Ayasuluk Fortress, the Isa Bey Mosque, the Roman Aqueduct. Visit the former Greek Village of Sirince. Watch to learn the carpet hand weaving.
Day 6 – Kusadasi/Pamukkale
Bus journey to visit the magnificent White Calcium Terraces known as Travertines at Pamukkale, tour the Ancient Roman City of Hierapolis with the hot springs by therapeutic powers.
Day 7- Pamukkale/Konya
Bus journey along the Ancient Silk Road to visit the Sultanhani Caravansary and the Mevlana Museum at Konya. Enjoy the Traditional Turkish Folklore Show.
Day 8 – Konya/Goreme
Marvel at the lunar landscape of Cappadocia through the Goreme Valley Open Air Museum, the Fairy Chimneys and explore the many levels of an Underground City.
Day 9 – Goreme/Ankara
Bus journey to Ankara, the capital of Turkey. Visit Anitkabir, the Mausoleum of the famed Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Shopping for the gift and souvenir before the end of this trip.
Day 10 – Ankara/Gateway Airport Home
Connection flight to the Gateway Airport home, you arrive on same day.
